Each blade is connected with casing by welding .There exist  argon-arc welding  at our factory .

Ball bearings with lifetime lubrication;Bearing is SKF brand according to customer's requirements.housing and side plates in ss304screw and shaftin ss 304seals in PTFE designinner surface shall be polished 300#Accessories :Shaft sealing with radial seal ringsrotor welded

          Motor & Gearbox

The motors power connection shall be 380V,50HZ,(3WIRE)The motors should have the proximity switch to show the speed ,and the proximity switch should be NAMUR ,2-wire.This equipment's motor & gearbox is Sew bran.according to customer's requirements.

3.Warranty time

 Usually we provide 12 months after delivery time

4.Screw Conveyor's Test

 Each screw conveyor  will be tested before delivery .Only it pass test can we allow such equipment to  leave out factory .

We need you tell us your specific requirements and technical datas with your inquiry .Your technical datas shall be included :

(1) length ( distance between inlet and outlet )

(2) capacity also can be called flow rate ( how many cubic meter per hour for transporting )

(3)construction materials are ss or cs ( carbon steel )

(4)motor is explosive or not

(5) transporting is continuous or intermittent .

(6) motor & gearbox' and bearing's brand : Chinese brand or Imported Famous brand ( SEW ,ABB,etc)
